Have some Control!

Hello again! I feel like the biggest problem I have ever had is controlling myself. Like when someone hands me a strawberry cupcake or a fresh-baked cookie. Recently, I have found some things that help me, so I decided to pass them on to you.
1. "accidentally" drop the food. - Although it is a bit wasteful, dropping the food is helpful to get rid of unwanted snacks because once you let go, there is no turning back. The food hits the floor, and you're home free.
2. Throw it in the trash when no one is looking- Also wasteful, but very effective, especially if the food is small.
3. Pretend you have somewhere to be that very instant.- You can take the food with you, and dump it in the nearest trashcan.
Sometimes it can be hard to be ana, but stay in control and fight for that body!
